Position Summary
Client Services Representative reports to the Client Services Manager. The primary purpose of this position is to provide outstanding service to new and existing accounts.

Essential Functions / Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
• Set up Web Stores for new accounts and update existing accounts in a timely manner
• Effectively use writing skills to develop department documentation
• Create client marketing materials
• Build outstanding relations with clients
• Be responsive to client needs
• Track client projects
• Communicate progress with Sales Representative
• Provide training to new and existing clients
• Update client data base
• Work on quarterly projects
• Build sales internally
• Communicate with multiple departments
• Must be able to commute to and work in an office environment

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
• High School Diploma ( Preferred: 2 year or 4 year degree)
• Minimum of one year computer experience with MS Office
• Minimum of one year administrative responsibility
• Effective interpersonal communication skills
• Effective written communication skills
• Skillful at managing time and prioritizing tasks
• Proficient data entry skills
• Ability to work well on a team
• Willingness to learn
• Detail oriented and accurate
