practical, customized web payment products and reporting, developed to
save our clients time.
Position Summary
The Integrations Specialist is a half time position reporting to the Technical Services Manager. The Integrations Specialist will review company partnership requests, determine qualification of partnerships, and work to develop a design and relationship for each software integration. The Integrations Specialist provides documentation and training for the marketing, sale, implementation, and support of interfaces, and is the liaison for client concerns and bug fixes between RevTrak and integrated systems.
Essential Functions / Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
• Develop, execute and maintain strategic integration partnerships to extend RevTrak’s product offerings in accordance with the company’s strategic goals
• Document interface architecture and feature sets between RevTrak and integration partner
• Negotiate terms and marketing expectations with partner
• Develop client and installation documentation
• Train RevTrak Sales Representatives, Client Service personnel, and Technical Support personnel on integrations features when placed in operations
• Must be able to commute to and work in an office environment
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft office suite and a basic knowledge of meaning and use of CSV files, API, SQL , and Web Service technology
• B.S.in Business or Communications or equivalent is preferred
• Two to five years work experience in similar or related field
• An independent work ethic, problem solving abilities, sales, presentation and negotiating skills
