This fully automated integration enables parents to check student balances and process fee and meal account payments online via the district’s RevTrak® Web Store. Payment and balance information is updated to the student’s PowerSchool account almost instantly, saving district administrators time and frustration.

RevTrak’s convenient reporting tools serve to further streamline the reconciliation process at the district. K-12 Administration is a key POS system provider to K-12 schools, providing hosted and non-hosted food service solutions to our clients.  We provide an industry-leading service experience with practical, customized POS and food system products and reporting, developed to save our clients time.

Position Summary
The Technical Service Lead (TSL) is a full-time position within our technical services group and reports to the Technology Manager.  They will become an expert on our school dining software suite, resolving escalated support cases by investigating and correcting data and system configuration issues.  They will support clients on hosted and on-premise deployments of software through configuring integrations with our payment providers, and data ETL jobs with client Student Information Systems, researching data anomalies, and working with other engineering staff to diagnose and solve client issues. The TSL will also perform other administrative duties as required, including providing communication coordination and training within the Client Services Group and managing issue escalation to senior staff.

Essential Functions / Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
• Answer support requests, respond to software, hardware, and phone issues and assist in problem resolution
• Responsible for the accurate communication and logging of trouble calls/tickets
• Passion to research and solve problems independently, and collaborate with other team members;
• Become expert on our school food and fees platform suite
• Assist clients in the configuration of software Data Bridges and Payment Processor Integrations;
• Demonstrate full ownership of support coordination within group and among clients and partners;
• Coordinate and document new processes, and necessary training and back-up knowledge transfer among Technical group (Support, SysAdmin and Software Development);
• Navigate MS SQL databases, Windows Web Server’s and SQL Servers to review log files,  troubleshoot client issues and make data corrections;
• Track and Report daily support metrics
• Must be able to work with a multi-site team and work in an office environment.
• Travel up to 10% to work with team at satellite office location.
• Requires ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
• Detail oriented , with strong software aptitude,  organized, and strong problem solving skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent written,  verbal and interpersonal skills , with ability to de-escalate client concerns
• Basic SQL, Windows Administration, and Scripting (example: PowerShell) required
• Familiarity with Classic .ASP, Visual Basic, and .net are desired
• 1 or more years’ experience in IT help desk, technical support or related field;
• Experience in the Payment Processing, ecommerce, or banking industry a plus
• High School diploma required; post-secondary education or training is a plus, especially training in technical IS or IT fields
