How to Print a Topic

You can easily print copies of a specific topic to distribute to other staff members or to keep for reference purposes for yourself. The print option in E-Z Help allows you to view the topic before you print it.

The procedure below applies to Internet Explorer. To print in Mozilla Firefox, use the Browser print function.

Print a topic with the images expanded:

1.	Navigate to the topic to print.

2.	Click the print icon in the header.

3.	The Print screen appears over the topic.

4.	To preview the topic as it will print, drag the Print screen if necessary so you can see the topic. The topic will print as you see it without the Contents column.

5.	Make changes as desired to the settings in the Print screen (for example, number of copies or pages to print).

6.	Click Print. The topic will print with the images expanded.

Print a topic with the images collapsed:

1.	Navigate to the topic to print.

2.	Click the print icon in the header.

3.	The Print screen appears over the topic.

4.	To preview the topic as it will print, drag the Print screen if necessary so you can see the topic. The topic will print as you see it without the Contents column. The images are expanded.

5.	Click on each image to collapse it.

6.	Right-click and select Print.

7.	Make changes as desired to the settings in the Print screen (for example, number of copies or pages to print).

8.	Click Print. The topic will print with the images collapsed.
