This release includes the new Order Entry module for accepting walk-in, phone, and mail payments. The Dashboard now allows access to Order Entry as well as to your Web Store.
•A single web-based software application processes both Web Store and Order Entry payments (walk-in, mail, and phone payments). You can create Web Store items only, Order Entry items only, and items for both your Web Store and Order Entry.

 

•The ability to take express payments saves time when processing payments for a large number of customers. Express payments allow you to accept payments without having to enter contact information for each customer. This is ideal for beginning of school fees, summer school, concession transactions, and event ticket purchases.

 

•The Express Cart feature makes it quick and easy to handle high-volume repetitive payments. This feature automatically displays the last item purchased from the last customer and puts it into the next customer's cart.

 

•For repeat customers, you can select a previously used credit card, saving you data entry time and ensuring accuracy. For security reasons, the system does not store credit card numbers, type, or expiration date. A previously used credit card is retrieved based on PCI-DSS security standards.

 

•The ability to print a receipt upon entering payment provides you with copies for yourself and for your customer.
