Ever wish fall registration was as easy

as a walk on the beach?
Letter from the Editor

Summer break is almost here and we want to help you prepare for the 2010-2011 school year!  Reducing the stress of fall registration starts with prepping your web store before school is out.  As a Business Development team member, I have been updating 2010-2011 district fees for weeks.  If your web store isn’t ready for next year, check out these 5 simple steps to get it in shape.

Step 1: Review your 2010-2011 fees

Gather a list of your 2010-2011 fees and consider the ease of pre-processing all registration information and payments before walk-in registration day ever takes place.  If you are already collecting registration fees online, what other fees could you get out of the office and into the web store?

Step 2: Web store updates

If you have not been trained to update your own web store, our Business Development department would be happy to assist you with your web store updates!  Please send your fees to your Sales or Business Development Representative.  For a complete listing of Sales Representatives, please visit http://www.revtrak.com/contact-us.

Step 3: Get the word out to parents!

Be sure your parents know that they can pay fees online.  Contact develop@revtrak.com if you would like a parent mailer or instruction guide.  In addition, clearly linking the web store to your website is crucial for parent access and use.

Step 4: Let your parents do the work by paying online

If online registration isn’t the easiest thing you’ve ever done, please contact us for more training or help.  We are here to relieve your fall registration stress!

Step 5: Sit back, enjoy your summer, and take a walk on the beach

Wishing you a wonderful summer,

Your Editor, Liz Gerdes
