SQL SERVER DBA/SYSTEMS ENGINEER
We’re looking for a talented and experienced SQL Server DBA with PowerShell experience. In this role, you will have the opportunity to directly impact the business through contribution to technical direction. For the first year or so, 60-70% of the role will be database administration. You must be able to accurately prioritize projects, make sound judgments, work to improve the customer experience, and get the right things done. We want someone who understands DevOps principles and can apply them to the creation of simple and practical solutions that are efficient and fault tolerant.
CLIENT DEVELOPMENT COACH
The Client Development Coach position is a full-time position that reports to the Client Development Manager. We are looking for someone who loves engaging with clients and persuasively presenting solutions on the phone and over email. While on the Client Development team, you will be a brand ambassador, partnering with sales and support to create a seamlessly excellent experience for RevTrak clients.
CLIENT SUPPORT SPECIALIST
The Client Support Specialist position is a full-time position in our Client Service team. One of this role’s main responsibilities will be to support new and existing clients as they use RevTrak products. We are looking for someone who can provide outstanding service to our clients on the phone and over email, learn quickly and work efficiently on their own and with a team. An affinity for technology is a plus.
SALES DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST
We need an entry-level Sales Development Specialist who is driven and has a knack for selling B2B software as a service (Saas) solutions. This position lays the foundation for a successful high tech sales career. You’ll have opportunities to generate, develop and manage initial business relationships with school districts. This role is full time, with base pay plus bonuses and benefits. We are looking for someone who has tenacity and organizational skills.
MARKETING EVENTS SPECIALIST
This is a full-time position in our Marketing department, reporting to the Marketing Manager. The Marketing Events Specialist will have the opportunity to design and manage client-facing events, like our annual User Group, trade shows and conferences. We need someone who can represent the company by managing Public Relations and providing PR communications. They will also work with outside vendors and on miscellaneous projects within the Marketing department. We want someone who is a master at communication, both written and verbal.
SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT INTERN – SUMMER 2018
As a full-stack Software Development Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on Web-based software development projects using technologies such as C# .NET, MVC, Azure and SQL Server. This internship is available for summer 2018 (exact start and end dates are flexible based on your schedule). You will be part of a larger team where you will be exposed to actual software development projects and will be mentored by experience developers.
The successful candidate must have a customer focus, have an excellent team-based attitude and be excited to learn new skills.
