CLIENT SUPPORT SPECIALIST
The Client Support Specialist position is a full-time position in our Client Service team. One of this role’s main responsibilities will be to support new and existing clients as they use RevTrak products. We are looking for someone who can provide outstanding service to our clients on the phone and over email, learn quickly and work efficiently on their own and with a team. An affinity for technology is a plus.
CLIENT SERVICE PRODUCTION SPECIALIST
The Production Specialist is a full-time position reporting to the Client Service Production Lead. For this role, we are looking for someone who can maintain our Web Stores by collaborating with our support team, adding/editing Web Store items, and creating electronic forms in a fast-paced environment. You will also have the opportunity to provide outstanding service to clients through phone and email support.
SALES DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST
