At RevTrak, the Production Lead is responsible for managing a team of Production Specialists, who provide outstanding and timely service to our clients. The Production Lead reports to the Client Service Manager. We are looking for someone who has a passion for details and preferably has had some experience leading a team. Part of leading will be developing performance metrics and providing expertise and training within the Production group.
CLIENT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
The Client Development Manager position is a full-time position reporting to the Client Relations Manager and is part of our Client Relations team. One of this role’s main responsibilities will be to build a collection of strong partnerships with our clients that allow for significant and swift growth within our current clients. The Client Development Coach position is a full-time position that reports to the Client Development Manager. We are looking for someone who loves engaging with clients and persuasively presenting solutions on the phone and over email. While on the Client Development team, you will be a brand ambassador, partnering with sales and support to create a seamlessly excellent experience for RevTrak clients.
PRODUCTION SPECIALIST INTERN
This Production Specialist Intern opening is a full-time temporary position reporting to the Production Lead. In this role, you will be providing outstanding service to clients through production and email communication during RevTrak’s peak season. You will get to collaborate with your team and learn some new skills like designing client Web Stores and creating client marketing material, while spending most of your time setting up fees in client Web Stores.
