A returning Web Store customer receives an error when entering their email address:

 

Ask your customer to verify that the email address they are using matches the email address on file in My Account on the Web Store.

 

A returning Web Store customer receives an error when entering their password:

 

A customer can retrieve a forgotten password by clicking on Password Reminder in My Account on the Web Store. When they enter their email address and click on the arrow, their password will be emailed to the address they provided.

 

To ensure that a customer receives password reminder emails and customer receipts recommend that they follow Ensuring RevTrak Emails Are Received.

 

A Web Store customer receives a payment verification error:

 

Ask your customer to verify the following:

 

They entered the correct credit card information

 

Their credit card is current and activated

 

If address verification is turned on for the Web Store, the address on file on the Web Store in My Account matches the physical address on file at their bank

 

If they still have problems, they should contact the customer service number on the back of their credit card.
