If a Web Store or Order Entry customer does not receive an expected email from RevTrak, ask them to check their Spam folder to see if it is there. If the email is in their Spam folder, recommend that they do the following to ensure that password reminder emails and customer receipts are sent to their Inbox in the future:

The procedure below is for Outlook. If the customer is using another email program, such as Outlook Express, AOL, Hotmail, etc., they should check those programs for information on how to add RevTrak to their Safe Senders list.

1.In Outlook, go to the Junk E-Mail folder and right-click on the email from RevTrak.

2.From the drop-down menu, click Mark as Not Junk. The Mark as Not Junk screen appears. Click OK and the email is moved to the Inbox and the sender is added to the Safe Sender's List.
