Administrators and Power Users can view all customer information except their password.

You can manage two types of customers through the Dashboard:

Web Store customer - anyone who makes a payment through the Web Store. Web Store customers can also make payments through Order Entry.

Order Entry customer - anyone who makes a payment through Order Entry. If you saved the contact information for the Order Entry customer, the information can be accessed through the Dashboard. Order Entry customers can also make payments through your Web Store if you have one.

The Contacts Editor allows Administrators and Power Users to add and edit customer information on the Dashboard as well as to look up payment information for a customer.

Note Icon

In the Contacts Editor, "Web Customer" refers to both Web Store and Order Entry customers.
