The Contact Import Type, Extra Contact Number, and PIN Number fields allow you to add new people to an import list that has already been imported into the Dashboard.

Helpful Hint icon

View another contact in the list to determine the required information to add. To access any person on a specific import list to use for an example, refer to Looking Up a Payment by a Person on an Import List and follow steps 1-4. Printing the page may be helpful so you know exactly which fields need to be filled in. For additional assistance or training, contact your RevTrak Rep.

Contact Import Type - select a list from the drop-down menu to attach to the contact.

Extra Contact Number - the primary number from an import list that RevTrak and the organization or export system use to validate a person when an order is placed. If you are attaching a contact to a list, you must enter a contact number in this field.

PIN Number - when a web customer will know a person's account under a different code, enter that code in this field.

If you enter a PIN for a person on an import list, you must also include the Extra Contact Number. For additional assistance or training, contact your RevTrak Rep.

Balance - the balance due or remaining of a person's account as reported by the import system and as of the last import date.

Balance Effective Date - the last time an individual's balance was updated.

Site - identifies the contact with a specific location or building. You may assign a site field to each contact and set a corresponding restriction on the item, restricting payments to a specific building or location.

Site only imports from specific integrations or by manual entry. A new import will overwrite a manual entry
