Staff can now name card readers and type to search when selecting a device in Order Entry or the RevTrak Events box office and concessions.
Name your reader something recognizable — like a building or location — to make it easy to find the right device without scrolling through a list.

Checkout now requires cards to include security code, billing address and ZIP/postal code.
These details are familiar parts of many online payment experiences and add another layer of security during checkout.
This update was applied automatically, and existing saved cards will continue to work as expected.

The final group of RevTrak clients have been migrated to ConnexPoint, RevTrak's payment platform.
With this update, RevTrak funding is combined with other ConnexPoint funding, giving clients one daily batch and one reconciliation for all payments. Clients also have access to ConnexPoint reporting through the ConnexPoint dashboard for expanded visibility and self-service options.
Financial reports in the RevTrak Admin Portal, including Statements, Monies by Account Code, and Bank Reconciliations, are also available with this update.

Districts using ProgressBook can now collect student fee payments with RevTrak.
With this update, families can see and pay assigned student fees in RevTrak, while staff can keep up with assigned fees and related payments in one place.

For districts using Sapphire SIS, families can start from Sapphire and go to RevTrak to pay required school fees. Student and fee information stays aligned through the integration, giving districts a more connected way to manage payments and support reconciliation.
These districts can also use RevTrak’s fee management tools, giving staff more ways to manage required school fees while keeping the family payment experience connected.

All clients with a webstore now have access to RevTrak Forms — and we've already added it to your account.
Forms now includes 2,000 submissions per month, document upload, and signature capture. More ways to collect information, gather required files, and get signatures — in the same place families already go to pay.

Families are beginning to see a refreshed RevTrak payment experience — updated look and feel, same familiar checkout flow.
The update covers how families browse items, review payment details, and check out. Nothing changes for schools on the backend. Full availability is expected in the coming school year.
